HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
All items are printed to order and depending on the item can take between two hours and eleven hours to print. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be processed.
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders below 2kg are sent via Royal Mail, first class and signed for. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. All orders over 2kg are sent via courier. International and European parcels are priced according to size and weight. We offer free shipping for all orders over £50.00 within the UK and for orders over £75.00 for international and European orders. Please be aware that since leaving the EU, if you are ordering from outside the UK, that you may be charged import taxes on your order paid locally.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
When taking delivery of your order, please remember that you are signing for the package in good order. If the package is damaged this must be noted on the courier's documentation. Once a package is signed for it is done so in good condition and we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred to the goods prior to delivery. All items are tested prior to dispatch but if your order is non-functional please return in original packaging and we will investigate and contact you regarding replacement.
HOW DO I GET A BESPOKE ITEM PRINTED?
